CLEANSING MIND  - EMOTIONS


All diseases do not originate at first in the physical body . Therefore,  mental and emotional problems are also very important to be cleaned.

Even modern doctors have come to the conclusion that many physical diseases are due to negative thoughts and emotions . If a person is pessimistic or angry about someone thing , this is reflected on his / her thoughts.

For emotional cleansing :
● Try to get rid of negative emotions. Especially destructive emotions of anger , it instantly starts dangerous biochemical processes in the body. You need to take care of yourself and avoid negative thoughts , because they primarily complicate our lives.

Even if you are very careful about the emotions you may be influenced by someone else negative energy ,in the same way as the contagious diseases spread from one person to other.and even if you just talked with a negative person or as they say in modern psychology , non-resource person , who is full of  fear, you can get infected with this attitude . May be before you  met someone you have lived quietly , but then you also start getting similar fears. It distorts all the subtle body , and eventually the problem starts on the physical level , and the complexity of life begins with same type of people getting attracted into your life then consequently , you can not achieve anything in your career, personal life and so on.

● Do not become dependent on the memories. Memories should be taken as lessons. If we tried twice to go on the same road and fell twice, in the middle because of the pit , which means that the third time would not be going there . However, ordinary people often regrets about the past and dreams of the future. But your strength is to live in the present . Often that person hurt in school by friends or students,  remembers it all his life . Some studies have even shown that insults cause serious illnesses such as cancer. You should not suppress memories , or ignore them. But if the memories come , it is necessary to observe them without emotional coloring , yes, it has been and gone . Take a piece of paper and write down all the unpleasant things which had happened  and on this paper, draw flowers or something else that you associate you  with love. Imagine the energy of love filling  this periods . And if one or two times you do it sincerely , it is usually negative thoughts go.

●  It  is also desirable to take a shower - cold water in the morning and hot or warm water in the evening . As water washes off all your sins and bad memories and you can say let all the +ve thoughts and bad memories flow with to water .Thus it is necessary to imagine that the water washes away all your unpleasant thoughts .

● Communicate with interesting and wise people who can teach you something .

Very useful mild form of meditation. Many people believe that in order to meditate , you need to be a yogi ( sage ) or live in the Himalayas. But it is not true. If you come home from work in the evening upset , try to meditate . Take a shower , turn off the TV . And sit 10 minutes in silence , keep breathing. Yogis have a system of " pranayama " when a person breathes in a certain way   all the negative thought are removed  . Still very important to say: " I ​​wish everyone divine love " or "I wish everyone happiness" - and imagine how the energy of love and bliss pervades your every cell and goes off you to other people.
